At Eubik, we are proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders worldwide.


Order Processing Times

Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order after it has been placed. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to our shipping carrier and is in transit to your address. During busy periods or holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.


Estimated Shipping Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and begin once your order has been dispatched.

United States: 4–8 business days

Canada: 10–15 business days

United Kingdom: 6–10 business days

Australia: 5–10 business days

🌍 Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Please note that during peak seasons, holidays, or customs inspections, delivery times may be longer than estimated. These delays are outside of our control, but we will always do our best to keep you informed.


Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide complete and accurate shipping information at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete details may cause delays or cancellation. If our system detects an address issue, we will contact you by email within 3 business days. If we do not receive a response, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please email us at jacob@eubik.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee updates once your order has begun processing.


Delayed Delivery

We understand that receiving your order on time is important. While we work hard to ship quickly, delivery may sometimes be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. This can include courier delays, severe weather, customs inspections, or supply chain disruptions. In such cases, we will do our best to assist you and keep you updated.

Please note that Eubik is not liable for shipping delays caused by external factors, and exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, Eubik is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. If your package does not arrive, please contact your courier directly to file a claim. You can also reach us at jacob@eubik.com, and we will assist you in following up with the courier.

In some cases, packages may still be located and delivered. If not, we may offer a replacement depending on the situation. For unresolved cases, we also recommend filing a police report with your local authorities.
