Eubik Refund & Return Policy
Our Promise
At Eubik, our mission is to provide families with protection from the invisible stress of EMFs. We stand behind the effectiveness of our products and encourage you to use them for at least 14 days before considering a return. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your order after 14 days and within 60 days of delivery under our 60-Day Money Back Guarantee. To begin your return, simply email us at jacob@eubik.com with your order number or the name and email used at checkout.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders can be changed or canceled within 24 hours of being placed. After 24 hours, your order may already be processing, and we cannot guarantee changes. If you cancel within the 24-hour window, your refund will be processed within seven business days.
60-Day Money Back Guarantee
We want you to experience the full benefits of our products, which is why we ask that you try them for a minimum of 14 days before requesting a return. If you remain unsatisfied, you can return your order anytime within 60 days. Please note that shipping fees, if applicable, are not refundable.
Damaged Items
Although we take great care to package our products securely, if your item arrives damaged you must notify us within 72 hours of delivery. Please send a clear photo of the damage to jacob@eubik.com so that we can determine if a replacement is eligible at no cost to you. Damaged packaging, such as a dented box, is not considered damage if the product itself remains intact. We do not issue refunds or replacements for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping and Delivery
While we strive to ship orders quickly and reliably, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other factors outside of our control. We are also not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed once in the courier’s possession. For delivery issues, we recommend contacting the courier directly.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct shipping address is provided at checkout. If the wrong address is submitted and we are not notified within 24 hours, we cannot resend or refund your order.
